My US-based order arrived in just two days, even though it came from the UK at the height of Christmas rush. It was beautifully packaged, with a cute bag of gummy treats to tied on top of the gift. The good-quality clothes have snazz and style. CS has a person who can help with sizing, so it's easy to translate EUR and UK sizing to US equivalents. When I needed to make a return, CS was equally professional and helpful: They sent a UPS mailing label and 3 copies of the invoice so my return will process quickly through UK customs. All I had to do was drop the pkg at UPS. I did pay a modest fee for the return, but it was a tiny fraction of what it would have cost to ship at regular UPS rates.

I just can't thank you enough for having the very best selection of all children's clothing of any web site on this planet . As you can see I've made three separate orders because I can't seem to stop buying for the three "grandwonders" that I have in this family.

I have been using Childrensalon for all our holidays and formal events, since 2020 and it is an absolute gem, we love the clothing selection and the seamless returns. They have such classic styles that are so difficult to find anywhere essentially for a teenager! I would 100% recommend.

Package arrived in 4 days to regional Australia!!! Unbelievably fast service. I ordered a size big for my daughter as she can grow into the shoes then I don't have to worry about international returns as I hadn't ordered these brands before. Really happy with my purchases and the quality.

Placed my order for my sons white holy communion suit, with white leather moccasins, Monday afternoon arrived before 12 Tuesday morning.
The suit was a perfect fit, as if made to measure. Shoes complimented the suit and give off Spanish vibes.
My son is of slim build and fussy with his trousers, he absolutely loved wearing the whole outfit all day.
Will definitely use this company again.
Even the little bag of sweets in the delivery box was just that added little touch.

Absolutely excellent customer service…
Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered the wrong size for my son and they exchanged them within a few days. The new shoes came but were also tight. i spoke with Cazz and Lena outside of normal working hours on chat and both were extremely helpful trying me to find another pair of shoes in his size. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again
